GENERAL ORDER QUESTIONS

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards, ApplePay, PayPal and Shop Pay.

Who can I contact if I have a question about a product or order?

Please send us an email at support@bludbud.com. Our business hours are Monday–Friday from 9am–5pm EST. We make every effort to respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours. 

Do you offer phone support?

We don’t offer phone support. Please don’t hesitate to send us an email with any questions you may have and we’ll make sure to get back to you with the answer(s) you are looking for.

If I ordered the wrong size, can I change the size before it ships?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to change the size. That said, if you prefer a different size, we are happy to cancel and refund your current order such that you can place a new order. Don’t hesitate to send us an email at support@bludbud.com letting us know you’d like us to cancel your order and please be sure to include your order number as well.

FULLFILMENT & SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as we possibly can. Most orders ship in 2-5 business days (3 days is typical) from when order was placed. This may seem like a long time, but please keep in mind we craft each order in the order we receive them.

Once your order is fulfilled, we ship it right away, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Typical Domestic shipping times are 2-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow at least 1 business day for the tracking to update.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Shipping is only offered domestically in the United States.

Are there any expedited shipping options available?

Currently, our Standard Shipping option is the only one available. That may change in the future.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not shipped yet, we will make every effort to change your shipping address. Please send an email to support@bludbud.com, which includes your order number, letting us know you’d like us to change your shipping address if possible.

TRACKING

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. We will send a tracking number to the email address you used when placing your order. The email with the tracking number is separate from your order confirmation email and you will receive it once the order has been shipped. If 5 business days have elapsed since you placed your order and you have not yet received your tracking number email (don’t forget to check your email spam/junk folder), don’t hesitate to send an email, including your order number, to support@bludbud.com.

My tracking status has not updated. What’s happening with my order?

USPS tracking updates are not always updated in real time.  Please continue to check your tracking status for one week and you should begin to see updates. After a week, if you don’t see any updates don’t hesitate to send us an email, including your order number to support@bludbud.com.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Can I return or exchange an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unworn, unused, unwashed item within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely. So long as your order has not shipped, we can cancel your order. Please send an email to support@bludbud.com and be sure to include your order number. Refunds are transferred back to the original form of payment and will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation notification. It may take your bank a 2-3 business days to post the credit back to your account.

BludBud web app vs. the BludBud Shop

Do I need separate accounts for the BludBud web app and for the BludBud Shop?

Yes. The reason for this is that the BludBud web app (your blood glucose log and chart) and the BludBud Shop run on completely separate systems which don't "talk" to each other. In effect, you'll have a BludBud account and a BludBud Shop account. Create a BludBud Shop account.
